At Riore Afrika Foundation, we are committed to transparency and ensuring a positive experience for all our donors, partners, and supporters. As a non-governmental organization (NGO), our operations rely on contributions, and we appreciate your generosity. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Donations
As an NGO, donations made to Riore Afrika Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors can occur, and we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount).
- If an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment details.
- If there are extenuating circumstances that justify a refund request.
To request a refund, please contact us at rioreafrika@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
Event Registrations & Program Fees
If you have registered for an event or program and need to cancel, the following refund guidelines apply:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
